We provide integrated solutions in engineering design, land surveying, geospatial services, project management, construction supervision, and capacity development.
The name Dhissan, meaning “build good” in Somali, reflects our core philosophy and commitment to quality, integrity, and responsible development.
Founded by experienced Somali professionals, Dhissan combines local insight with international best practices. The company is privately owned and fully registered with the Federal Government of Somalia, the Benadir Regional Administration, and all Federal Member States.
